Great Lakes Ops LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the YardRush mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: We collect your email address when you sign in via Supabase one-time codes.
• Location Data: For sellers, we collect neighborhood location (not exact street address) to display your sale on the map. For buyers, we use your device's location to show nearby sales when you choose to use the distance filter.
• Sale Data: We store item photos, descriptions, and pricing information you upload to the App.
• Payment Information: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. We may store P2P handles (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle) if you choose to provide them for local payments.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and maintain the App's core functionality (hosting sales, browsing, purchasing).
• To facilitate payments between buyers and sellers.
• To automatically label and suggest pricing for items using on-device ML Kit and Google Gemini APIs.

3. How We Share Information

• Other Users: When you list an item, your neighborhood, item photos, and prices are visible to other users. Your street address is ONLY shared with a buyer after a successful purchase to facilitate pickup.
• Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties to operate the App, including Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), Fly.io (hosting), and Google (AI labeling).

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time within the App. When an account is deleted, personal information (such as email, street address, and payment handles) is removed. Item listings without a completed order are also removed. Orders and associated minimal data survive deletion to maintain transaction records.
